Wow! Finally a
recipe for peanut sauce that actually tastes like the real thing. I made it with the noodles and tofu the first time, but the truth is that you could serve this on 101 different meals. Veggie stirfry with this sauce is on the menu for tonight. I have ambitions to try fresh roles with this sauce too. I discovered that you can make a double batch and it keeps very well for at least a week. All you have to do is add a little more warm water to soften it when it comes out of the fridge. I was really surprised to see the recipe called for actual peanut butter, not peanuts you have to grind up yourself! cool.
